How Donations Are Handled
YES for LCS Kids is a short-term, grassroots community effort formed specifically around the upcoming operational referendum. Because of the limited timeframe, the group has not established a separate legal entity or EIN.
To allow the campaign to operate efficiently, donations are temporarily processed through a dedicated checking account used solely for campaign purposes, held in the name of the campaign organizer. A designated treasurer oversees the account, tracks all deposits and expenses, and ensures funds are used only for referendum-related activities.
Contributions support outreach efforts such as printing, signage, mailings, and other campaign expenses. No funds are used for personal purposes.
The easiest way to contribute is through the online donation option on this site. For those who prefer to donate by check, checks may be made payable to Kelly Hoesly with “Yes for LCS Kids” noted in the memo line. Checks may be mailed to Yes for LCS Kids PO Box 32, Nashotah, WI 53058 or dropped off at any Town Bank location.
